Because shipping containers are large, specialized products, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the shipping container is delivered in a condition that does not match the description, size, or grade specified in your purchase agreement.
- Containers that arrive damaged, structurally unsound, or otherwise unusable due to issues on our part are eligible for return or replacement.
- Custom-modified containers, container homes, and container offices are non-refundable unless structural defects are identified upon delivery.
2. Return Window
- Customers must notify XPO Shipping Containers of any issues within 28 business days of delivery.
- Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund or return.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@xposhippingcontainers.com or call (941) 688-0671 with your order details and photographs of the container.
- Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate the return.
- Containers must be returned in the same condition as delivered, unless damaged during transport.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned container has been inspected and verified by our team.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Delivery, pickup, and transportation fees are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Containers sold “As-Is” or under discounted/clearance pricing
- Custom container builds, including container homes and offices
- Containers modified after delivery

In-Store Pickup
Most orders will be ready within one business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
