All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping Method

We partner with reputable courier and freight carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Each shipping container is securely packaged and transported via ground shipping, and tracking information is provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Process

After purchase, your order is registered for pickup by the delivery company within 24 hours. During this time, your shipping container is safely stored until collection.

Once the shipment is picked up, the delivery company will provide a tracking number allowing you to monitor the progress of your order until it arrives at your specified address.

Upon delivery, please inspect the container to verify that it matches your purchase — including the correct model, size, and agreed-upon specifications — before signing any delivery paperwork.
Offloading of the container will be handled by the delivery company.


2. Shipping Regions & Timelines

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Due to high order volumes, please allow up to 24 hours for dispatch.
Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–3 business days
  • Canada: Delivery times may vary based on location

All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.


3. In-Store Pickup

Most pickup orders are ready within one business day.
If you require same-day pickup, please contact us by phone to confirm your order in advance.

Unless special arrangements are made, orders must be collected within 10 days of purchase.
Orders not picked up within this period may incur a 10% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returned containers must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
Custom-built or modified containers may not be eligible for returns unless found defective or not as described.
