Delivery Method
XPO inc arranges delivery of shipping containers through trusted transport and logistics partners. Delivery methods may include truck delivery, flatbed transport, tilt-bed delivery, or other suitable equipment depending on the size, type, and condition of the container, as well as the accessibility of the delivery location.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is suitable and accessible for unloading and placement of the container.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Factors such as weather, road conditions, transport availability, customs requirements, site access, and other logistical issues may affect the final delivery schedule.

We will communicate with the customer if any delays or changes occur during the shipping process.

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, the customer must:

Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.

Confirm that the delivery site is accessible for a truck or trailer.

Make sure the ground is level and prepared for container placement.

Be available or have a representative present at the time of delivery if needed.

Notify us in advance of any special delivery restrictions, gate access issues, or site limitations.

If the delivery site is not properly prepared or accessible, additional fees may apply for rescheduling, waiting time, or failed delivery attempts.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on several factors, including:

Damage During Transit

However, once the container has been handed over to the transport provider, XPO inc is not responsible for damage caused by improper unloading, site conditions, weather, or third-party handling beyond our control.

If you notice any damage upon delivery, please report it immediately and include photos or videos so that we can review the issue.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, inaccessible property, no one available to receive the shipment, or unsafe site conditions, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery or redelivery charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly recommend that customers inspect the container upon delivery before signing off on receipt. Any visible issues should be reported immediately so that they can be documented and reviewed.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, mechanical issues, carrier schedules, traffic, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. XPO inc is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
